Send an enquiry through the contact page with your date, venue and what you need covered. Priya replies with questions if anything is unclear, then sends a written quotation. Once you confirm it in writing, we hold the date and plan the crew and kit.

No. Nothing is bought on the site itself. There is no cart or card payment. Every job starts as an enquiry and moves to a written quotation or confirmation, so that both sides agree the scope before any money changes hands.

After the production is confirmed we issue an invoice, which you pay by bank transfer. The invoice shows the agreed items, the payment reference and our bank details. Payment terms are written on the quotation, so you know them before you accept it.

The quotation lists the crew, the kit, set-up and strike, and the hours agreed for the show. Anything extra, such as streaming, graphics or replay, appears as a separate line. If something you expect is missing, tell us and we will amend the quotation.

The main factors are the length of the show, the number of cameras, the size of the crew and the distance to the venue. Early load-in, overnight stays and extra rehearsal time also add cost. We point these out in writing before you confirm.

Cancellations follow our payment and refund policy, which you will find on its own page. In short, the earlier you tell us, the less is due, because crews and kit are held for your date. Write to us as soon as plans change.

Where a refund is due under the policy, we pay it by bank transfer to the account that made the payment. We confirm the amount in writing first. Please allow a few working days for it to reach you.

Yes. Our crews travel to venues across the south of England. Travel time and any accommodation are costed in the quotation. Give us the venue address in your enquiry and we will include the exact travel figure.
