Questions we are asked before a show

Send an enquiry through the contact page with the date, venue and what you want on screen. Priya Nair replies with questions, then sends a written quotation. Once you confirm it, we issue an invoice, which is paid by bank transfer. Nothing is bought through the website itself.

We work from Dorchester and travel to venues across the south of England. Distance affects the quotation through travel time and, for longer days, overnight accommodation. Tell us the venue address and we will state the travel costs separately in the quotation so you can see them.

Yes, where they are in good order and suit the show. Daniel Pritchard can check the equipment from photographs or a site visit. If something is unsuitable, we will say so and suggest what we would bring instead, with the cost shown in the quotation.

We can record, relay to screens, stream online, or do all three from the same camera feeds. Each output needs its own setup and monitoring, so please tell us which you want. Streaming includes graphics, audio and someone watching the outgoing stream throughout.

It depends on the show. A simple one-camera relay can be set up in a short time, while a multi-stage event needs longer for cabling, line checks and a run-through. We set the access time in the quotation and ask for the earliest slot the venue allows.

Please send names, titles, scores and any artwork well before the day, and tell us the cues you expect. Tom Whitcombe prepares them in advance. Replay needs a dedicated operator and extra recording channels, which we include in the quotation when requested.

Cancellations and refunds follow our payment and refund policy, which sets out what applies and when. Contact us as soon as plans change and we will try to move the crew and kit. Any change is confirmed in writing so both sides know the position.

Yes. We plan and install compact gallery rooms with monitor walls, intercom and signal routing. Daniel surveys the space, proposes a layout and carries out the work through to handover. Pricing depends on the room size, the number of sources and the equipment chosen.
